A temporary increase in activity does appear on the list: the ground is sound. But it is invoked across twenty-four consecutive months on a post that exists permanently. The effect of the arrangement is therefore to fill lastingly a post connected with the normal activity of the business, which article L1242-1 forbids. The first contract was already irregular.
