What Studio Marchand SASU cannot do
Giving her parents' address with no title over the premises does not satisfy article L123-11: it is not an address that is required, it is evidence of a right to occupy. Nor can the choice be deferred: the office must be fixed before the articles are drafted, since it appears in them. The 1 200 € set aside cover formation costs, not an address — which requires a title, as the next two modules examine.
