5.6 weeks a year: multiply your working days per week by 5.6, capped at 28 days. Part-time workers get the same 5.6 weeks pro-rated to their days.
Since April 2024, holiday accrues at 12.07% of hours worked per pay period, and employers may pay rolled-up holiday pay (12.07% uplift on each payslip) for irregular-hours and part-year workers.
For fixed hours, normal weekly remuneration; for variable pay, the 52-week average (ignoring unpaid weeks). Regular overtime and commission must be included for at least the 4 weeks of EU-derived leave.
