Worked example
Two departures in the same week
Two employees, twenty-two years of service each, a monthly salary of €2,900. The first gives notice of voluntary retirement by dated letter and works their notice. The second is retired by the employer, who observes the conditions of age and the procedure. Both receive the same end-of-contract documents, but two payments computed on unrelated scales.
