The two certificates for the 84 000 € contract
At the application stage, the cleaning company sends a sworn declaration stating that it has met its tax and social obligations. Only once selected must it provide the tax compliance and social vigilance certificates. Its online screen is closed: it benefits from a payment plan granted by the commission of heads of financial services, which it is meeting. It therefore sends a 3666-SD through secure messaging, and the certificate is issued.
