The company with two significant shareholders
Capital divided into 10,000 shares. A holding company owns 6,000 shares, that is 60 %, and the managing director 2,500 shares, that is 25 %. The remaining 1,500 shares are spread among eight small holders, all below the 10 % threshold. The schedule names two holders only, yet its counters carry one company, nine individuals and 10,000 shares in total.
