The month that costs three months of reduction

A manager claims her pension without the full rate. Her pensions reach 1 400 € gross a month and she takes a half-time job at 1 600 € gross. The income from work is retained at 98,25 %, that is 1 572 €, bringing the total to 2 972 €: the ceiling of 2 916,85 € is exceeded by 55,15 €. Her basic pension is cut by that amount. Having declared her resumption two months late, the reduction applies back to the month of the excess, not to the month after notification.
