Worked example
Three directors, three declarations
A simplified joint-stock company is formed with an individual president, an individual general manager and a holding company as deputy general manager. The file must hold three declarations: one for the president, one for the general manager, and one for the permanent representative appointed by the holding company. The minority non-director shareholder produces none.
