Year closing 31 December: the meeting had to be held by 30 June at the latest. A meeting held in September is out of time, and nothing cures it except a court decision obtained beforehand. The delay is not neutral: it shifts the filing at the registry, which runs from approval, and exposes the director to the 1 500 € criminal fine incurred for failure to file.
