The manager named in the articles
A family company designated its manager by name, in article 14 of the articles. Three changes of manager in eight years therefore imposed three full amendments: three meetings, three legal notices, three filings. Had the manager been appointed by a separate deed, as the articles allowed, the same changes would have required only a filing at the desk, with no legal notice.
