The file refused over a scanned signature
A young professional hosts a friend and gives them a statement printed from a template found online, signed electronically. The counter refuses the file: the hosting statement is required as an original, with a handwritten signature. The content was accurate, the form was not, and the procedure had to start again a fortnight later.
