La Fournée's Saturday
The employee starts on the Saturday morning; the bakery planned to declare on the Monday. The hiring would then take place before the declaration, which article L1221-10 rules out. The useful window opened eight days before the Saturday and closed at the moment work began. Nothing required declaring earlier: it only required declaring first.
