Sources and assumptions

Calculation assumptions

  • Monthly pay. The weekly and daily amounts of ZPO s. 850c(1) nos. 2 and 3 are not calculated.
  • Attachable net income is an input: working it out under ZPO s. 850e (deducting tax and social contributions, excluding exempt items under s. 850a) comes first.
  • The amounts are those of the 2026 notice, applicable from 1 July 2026. Payments made before that date fall under the 2025 notice.
  • Attachment by an ordinary creditor. Maintenance creditors may attach more under ZPO s. 850d; a court order disregarding a dependant under s. 850c(6) is not modelled.
