Calculation assumptions

The calculation applies the car scale. The scales for motorcycles and mopeds are not modelled.
The scale applies to a taxpayer who opts to deduct actual expenses instead of the 10% flat-rate deduction: the comparison between the two regimes is not made here. Expenses outside the scale (tolls, parking, loan interest) are not computed.
The coefficients are those of the scale in force for the year shown in the calculator's sources; they are revised every year during the filing season.
